Automated Tank Cleaning
Our technology integrates crude oil tank cleaning with maximum hydrocarbon recovery, significantly reducing both execution time and process costs. The automated system performs tank cleaning in half the time compared to traditional manual methods, with the added advantage of a non-man entry process, which eliminates the need for personnel inside the tank during cleaning. This approach ensures the highest level of safety by minimizing human contact with hydrocarbons and hazardous environments.
Additionally, our system allows for the recovery of over 95% of the hydrocarbons present in tank sludge by decanting inorganic residues, making them available for the refining process.
